As a Certified Senior Advisor (CSA), Chris is an expert in the field of aging and senior care. With extensive experience in business management, marketing and sales leadership Chris hopes to grow A Hand to Hold by incorporating a “concierge” level of service to the already successful professionally led care management model that has made A Hand to Hold one of the country’s largest private home care providers for seniors.

Tina Jones

Personal Care Consultant

My name is Tina Jones, newly Elder Care Consultant for A Hand to Hold. Formally, Certified Nursing Assistant. I have over 30 years of Customer Sales Service experience. I enjoy meeting and building a rapport with people. 11 years ago, I became a caregiver for my terminally ill Mother, this allow my mom to stay in a familiar environment. I have first hand of what is takes to provide quality care to all clients. I’m very passionate in working in this field providing the best care for seniors and people with disabilities. I’m so ecstatic to be part of an excellent company who is the nation’s #1 professional led at-home care company.

Morgan Matte

Director of Social Media

Morgan Matte serves A Hand To Hold as the Director of Social Media. Morgan has grown up in the health care industry and is active within the senior communities. Morgan has an extremely caring personality which translates into her treating every client as family. She served in the United States Coast Guard as well, explaining her compassion towards veterans and her drive to give back to them. Morgan is a valued member of our team and is ready to assist you and your family in making the best decisions when it comes to in home personal care.

Deborah Barron

Personal Care Consultant

Deborah serves as our Intake Manager here at A Hand to Hold. She brings 14 years of senior care experience. Deborah has worked in skilled nursing facilities, as well as assisted living communities where she provided exceptional concierge services. Her background includes recreational therapy and social services, specializing in Alzheimer’s disease and Dementia. Deborah cared for her grandmother for many years and understands the value of having your loved one remain at home with quality care. She is looking forward to speaking with clients and answering any questions they may have.

Simone Housen

Human Resources Director

Simone has over 10 years of diverse Human Resources Leadership experience in various industries to include Healthcare, Government, Hotel & Restaurant, Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and Financial Services Markets. Simone has expertise in Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, HR Compliance, Benefits Administration and Training & Development.

Her compassion for people, organizational development and strategic Human Resource Management has led her to be a Human Resource Business Partner and Director of Human Resources for A Hand to Hold. She is committed to providing great employee and client experiences by offering exceptional service standards while upholding the company’s positive image. She has two small children and enjoys spending time with her family!

Lennie Alsaybar

Care Manager

Lennie Alsaybar is one of the RN Care Managers for A Hand to Hold. She completed her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing in 1977. She has 40 years of nursing experience and has been a geriatric nurse for the past 25 years. She conducts comprehensive assessments, plans and coordinates care of the senior client with physical or cognitive impairments. Her goals are to meet long term care needs, improve quality of life, and maintain independence as long as possible. She works with the team on screening, arranging, and monitoring in-home care.

Carolyn Coles

Care Management Team

My name is Carolyn Coles. I have been a LPN for 20 yrs. I have worked in dialysis for 6 years and long term care for 7 years. I have worked as a clinical nurse, case manager and for the past 3 years, I have worked as a hospice nurse. As a long term care nurse and a hospice nurse, I understand the desire of a person wanting to live at home until the end of life. I look forward to bringing my experience to the A Hand to Hold team to ensure that that person’s desire is met.

Ashley Coles

Staffing Coordinator

Ashley Coles is a Certified Nursing Assistant and began working for A Hand to Hold 2 years ago as a caregiver. She always went above and beyond the call of duty making sure to provide the best quality of care for all of her clients. Ashley’s hard work and determination was rewarded in May of 2016 when she was promoted to Staffing Coordinator. She brings energy, youthfulness and a new outlook on things to the team. Ashley’s experience brings guidance and coaching opportunities for all of our caregivers. Ashley is a dynamic asset to our team and we’re looking forward to many years of growth together.

Ambur Caudell

Personal Care Consultant

Ambur Caudell comes to A Hand To Hold with over 10 years of experience in the health care field. As a former Executive Director for a senior community, she has a drive for providing outstanding customer service and strives to make A Hand ToHold stand above the competition. Ambur works closely with the area hospitals and rehabilitation facilities in order to get you or your loved one the continued care that is required upon returning home. Ambur is willing to do whatever it takes to make sure the transition is as easy as possible.

Susan Newman

Care Manager

Susan Newman, RN has established herself as a healthcare professional with over 26 years of Nursing, Clinical Management and Case Management experience. Susan has worked closely with Hospitals, Home Health and Hospice environments. Her compassionate and patient demeanor when caring for those in geriatric care has brought her to A Hand to Hold as one of our industries top Registered Nurses in the Georgia market. Susan’s role as Case Manager allows her evaluate and meet our clients health needs while providing communication for the best possible care coordination. Her educational background includes a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology and Associates of Science in Nursing. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with family and her cat Kellie.

Sadie

Certified Therapy Dog

Sadie is our certified therapy dog who comes to us after being thoroughly trained and licensed. Sadie helps A Hand to Hold provide Animal Assisted Therapy, also referred to as pet therapy, to interact with seniors to help improve their quality of life. Whether a hand or a paw, sometimes you just need to know someone is there.
